With more than 25 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, distribution and commercial roles, Paula is committed to delivering superior customer service and establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with hospital partners of Slade Health. Leading a team of talented Key Account Managers, Paula works collaboratively with hospital partners to meet pharmacy service expectations and ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely, efficient manner. She works directly with Slade’s internal operations and procurement teams to ensure the best possible service is delivered to customers every day.
Her in-depth experience in delivering collaborative partnerships in public and private healthcare networks has been instrumental in securing seven public private partnerships with AU/NZ State Governments, including three exclusive contracts. The team proudly services over 200 hospitals and clinics across all Australian states and entered into a long-term agreement with the Auckland District Health Board (ADHB), New Zealand in 2022.
