Expanding access to care – Slade Health Woodville opening October
Our new South Australian compounding facility in Woodville is fast approaching completion. The final touches are being made to the state-of-the-art sterile clean rooms and our team is currently completing a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) audit. Once operational, the site will have immediate capacity to deliver more than 300,000 annual chemotherapy and sterile infusions, with a view to supply healthcare providers in other states.
Icon Group Global Director – Pharmacy and Compounding, David Slade and members of the Slade Health team recently toured the facility with our SA Health customers, who were impressed with the project’s progress and facility features. The opening of the Woodville facility is the next step in Icon Group’s significant commitment to delivering excellence in pharmaceutical compounding and advancing patient care in South Australia.
