Jade has been working across Slade Health for over eight years. She started out as an order entry technician and progressed from there. Some of her daily tasks as Geebung’s site coordinator include customer satisfaction and cross coordinating between departments.
What is the main function of your role at Slade Health?
I am currently the Site Coordinator for the Geebung site. My focus is guaranteeing customer satisfaction and cross coordinating between departments.
What do you enjoy most about your week?
The fabulous people I get to work with. I absolutely adore the relationships I have built with both our customers and colleagues and that is what gets me through every week.
How long have you worked at Icon Group and Slade Health? Did you start in a different role before the one you are currently in?
I have been with Slade Health for over eight years now. I started as the order entry technician which involved entering customer orders. I then progressed to roles inlcuing customer relations liaison. My passion lies with people and patients. I also really prioritise communicating and planning, and that is what lead me into my current role as the Site Coordinator.
How would you describe working at Icon Group?
I have a lot of respect for Icon Group because over the years, different leaders at the company have helped me mature and grow into the person I am today. I have always been given the opportunity to flourish in the areas I am most passionate about.
What aspirations do you have for your career at Icon/Slade Health?
I currently love the opportunity I have at hand and just want to keep progressing
