As Executive Manager for Pharmacy and Compounding across Australia and New Zealand, Megan supports day-to-day operations for Slade pharmacy and compounding services. Her focus is on operational excellence, integrated ways of working and delivery against strategic priorities, with disciplined project management that supports teams, partners and our patient-centred approach to care.
Megan brings a track record of impact at scale. In her previous role at Icon Group as General Manager, Revenue and Service Relationships for Icon Cancer Centre (AU/NZ), she has driven programs that improved clinical documentation, streamlined operations nationally, strengthened partnerships and enhanced service models and is always focused on efficiency, compliance and better outcomes for patients and teams.
Beyond Icon Group, Megan’s career spans clinical practice and healthcare executive leadership across public and private sectors, complemented by board experience. She is recognised for expertise in healthcare strategy, financial modelling, service design and complex contract negotiation, paired with a deep commitment to patient centred care. This breadth enables Megan to align operational delivery with long term strategic outcomes, reinforcing Icon’s integrated model and strengthening access to quality services across the region.
Megan holds the GAICD designation and has served in revenue, health fund and service relationship leadership roles within Icon Group. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Nursing, and a Masters in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University.
